The "Interaction in the Agroecosystem" group within the Sustainable Agro-ecosystem and Bioresources Department (dept. chef and group leader is Ilaria Pertot) of FEM has proven experience on the assessment of soil-borne microorganisms, mainly in vineyards.

To expand the research area and in view of an in-depth investigation on the whole soil ecosystem, we are interested to evaluate the potential role of soil microorganisms as pesticides bio-degrader.
So, we are looking for a motivated, with at least 4-year experience or PhD in molecular biology/metagenomic candidate who is interested to apply to Marie Curie IEF fellowship; proven ability to write project is also requested.

Our detailed project proposal is in attach, also with the information sheet on MC-IEF. The deadline is next August 16th.
