An EMBO practical course on anaerobic microbiology will be held in the Netherlands on July 1-5, 2019. The course comprises of anaerobic sampling, basic to sophisticated cultivation techniques, working with the anaerobic hood and anaerobic biochemistry. There is a great lineup of speakers including Bernhard Schink, Yoichi Kamagata, Amelia-Elena Rotaru, Volker Mueller and others. Application deadline is the 8th of April.
