NSW Health Pathology Prince of Wales and Concord Hospital Microbiology departments are seeking full time temporary Technical Assistants to work in their busy Microbiology laboratory performing routine diagnostic Microbiology: Specialty Microbiology (Parasitology, Mycology, Mycobacteriology, Molecular (including COVID-19 testing). The role of this position is specimen reception, some administration duties, media, specimen set-up and preparation of clinical samples for testing. The position is required to participate on after hours rotational rosters, that will be described at interview.
